PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
In order to maintain fitness levels from autumn to winter we propose alternative activities including circuit/bodyweight exercises, yoga, apnea, and pilates in our very own gym.PHYSICAL TRAINING
The personal trainer will help keep you in the best physical condition and help towards minimising potential injuries/pain.
For this we suggest 2 or 3 weekly sessions, directed and supervised by the personal trainer which consist of a warm up, rotations and bodyweight exercises.
