PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES

In order to maintain fitness levels from autumn to winter we propose alternative activities including circuit/bodyweight exercises, yoga, apnea, and pilates in our very own gym.

PHYSICAL TRAINING

The personal trainer will help keep you in the best physical condition and help towards minimising potential injuries/pain.

For this we suggest 2 or 3 weekly sessions, directed and supervised by the personal trainer which consist of a warm up, rotations and bodyweight exercises.

Our gym has TRX, bosu, fitballs, weights, spin bikes, elliptical bike and more...
